Lejion Energy successfully completed Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) Blade Inspections using advanced drone technology for the Master Wind Project (49.5MW). The objective was to perform detailed visual inspections of turbine blades efficiently while minimizing operational disruptions and eliminating the risks associated with conventional manual inspections.
Using high-resolution aerial imaging, our technical team assessed blade conditions to identify surface defects, erosion, cracks, lightning damage, and other potential issues that could affect turbine performance. The inspection process enabled the client to make informed maintenance decisions and support the long-term reliability of the wind farm.

The project required detailed inspections of wind turbine blades while maintaining high safety standards and minimizing operational interruptions. Traditional inspection methods would require additional equipment, increased manpower, and longer inspection durations.
Lejion Energy deployed drone inspection technology equipped with high-resolution imaging systems to capture comprehensive visual data from each wind turbine blade. The collected imagery was carefully reviewed to identify potential defects and support maintenance planning.
Every inspection follows a systematic process designed to maximize safety, inspection quality, and reporting accuracy while minimizing operational impact.
Our team reviewed turbine locations, environmental conditions, safety requirements, and inspection objectives before mobilizing the drone inspection operation.
Using professional drone technology, detailed aerial imagery of each turbine blade was captured from multiple angles for comprehensive visual assessment.
Inspection data was analyzed to identify defects, evaluate blade condition, and prepare a detailed inspection report supporting maintenance planning.
